Clean a small CSV and return validated JSON records
dataAI-assisted CSV cleanup for one comma-delimited UTF-8 text table, up to 50 data rows and 8000 characters. I trim headers and cells, preserve every value as text (including leading zeros), retain empty cells, and optionally remove duplicate rows in first-seen order. Blank lines are ignored.
