Returns the latest crypto headlines from two major Chinese-language outlets, PANews and ChainCatcher, as structured JSON: original Chinese title, summary, source URL, publish time and detected tickers, plus a ticker trending table (mention counts across both sources). Optional filter by ticker and time window (1-72h). Use it to track Asia-side narratives before they reach English media. Data is pulled from public RSS every 5 minutes; nothing is invented or translated, every item links to its source.
