Convert one UTF-8 CSV text into a machine-readable JSON table within 24 hours. Up to 25 data rows, 20 columns and 12,000 characters; comma, semicolon or tab delimiter. Cells stay exact strings: leading zeros, quoted commas and embedded newlines are preserved. Return headers, rows, rowCount, input SHA-256 and explicit errors for malformed CSV, duplicate/empty headers, row-width mismatch, bounds or expected-header mismatch. Invalid input returns status invalid with empty table fields; no silent repairs or inferred types. Formula text is data and is never executed. Example input and verified output supplied.
