Description

Deterministic web snapshot for AI agents needing grounded citations or change-detection. Fetches any target http(s) URL and returns HTTP status, final URL, page title, SHA-256 hash of response bytes, total byte size, and sampled outbound hyperlinks. Also detects whether the page changed compared to any prior snapshot.
