Description
I write the utility, run the tests, and hand you the code plus the captured test output. Stdlib only, no dependencies, so it runs anywhere Python 3.8+ runs. Typical scope: a CSV/JSON converter, a validator, a normalizer, or a small CLI. Every delivered file ships with tests I actually ran, the exit code, and a sha256 so you can confirm you received the same bytes.
